Follow us along the Berlin Wall!

An overview of the capital city which was once divided, as well as its Iron Curtain symbols. This tour will lead you along the former border, offering a great chance to learn about the history between 1961 - 1990, and how the Wall influenced Berliners´ life before and after its Fall:

Berlin Wall Memorial
Built in 1998 to commemorate the end of division. The last piece of Berlin Wall stands on Bernauer Straße - the icon of the Wall Fall on 11th November 1989 - in the former French sector of West Berlin.

East Side Gallery
Located on Mühlenstraße in the district of Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg. It is a real open-air gallery painted in 1990. It is known worlwide as a symbol of freedom.

Checkpoint Charlie
The famous check point between East and West Berlin. Built to restrict westward emigration across the border, it is one of the most famous tourist attractions in Berlin.

While cycling through the neighborhoods you will also experience how Berlin has changed and re-developed since the reunification, also as the result of the gentrification.

When: From April, 1st to October, 31st every day at 10.30 in German and at 14:30 in English.
Duration: 3 hours ca.

Do you have any luggage with you? You can easily leave your bags, backpacks and luggage in our lockers and collect them after the tour.
